Phoenix Surf - NME Debit Card Update

We have experienced a possible security problem in the NME Debit Card Upgrade function. We need to shut down the card upgrade function until Monday. Virtual Money, Inc. and our program team will be working through the weekend to reprogram and secure the NME Card function.
