Alertpaypro - New security feature

We have implemented some new security features for your protection and ours. Your alertpay email payout address can no longer be changed, when you purchase an upgrade the email address that you used to purchase the upgrade will automatically be inserted as your cashout/pay to address. So you can only receive money back to the account you upgraded with. This will eliminate the chance of a hacker getting into your account and trying to change the pay to address.

1. One week before the last holiday we announced no payouts would be made on that day, yet we received over 600 emails asking about payouts etc… Many people also request a payout at 11pm and then 2 hours later at 1 am they send in support tickets claiming we have not made payouts? This type of behavior increases our workload and dramatically reduces our ability to provide support.
2. As you may have noticed over the last few months our security has increased 10 fold. As part of our new security features we are now manually verifying EVERY cashout request.

Because of the two above mentioned facts we have changed our payment policies, 24hours, 48hours and 7 days are now 1 business day, 2 business days and 7 business days. If your history currently says 24, 48 or 7 days, than you will be paid within that time frame. For any cashouts made after this announcement will fall into the business day category. This does not mean we will now always wait the full business time to pay, it let’s everyone know from here on forward that if you do not receive a payment on a holiday it is because we do not pay on holidays and it simply allows us time to verify each payment and make sure the person getting paid is indeed the person who is supposed to be getting paid.
