For those of you who have already applied for the NME Debit Card and future applicants, it is vital that once your NME Debit Card is activated that you log into your account with Virtual Money (www.virtualmoneyinc.com) and make sure your address is correct. Virtual Money has informed us that there are over 1,000 card holders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please log into your account, click on Profile and retype your address in all CAPITAL LETTERS. This will ensure us that you have verified your address.
