Totalrune: MISSED DAYS - IMPORTANT PLZ READ

Sorry guys and gals but we need to make a few changes in how and where you send your info on missed days. Please DO NOT send emails concerning missed days or expired ad packs to any other email addresses but the ones stated below. If you have already sent an email concerning these matters, I do apologize but I will need you to resend your email to one of the addresses below. As I am sure you all understand this will be a very big job and can not be accomplished overnight. It will help with the process to do this in as orderly a fashion as possible. Due to this fact, I will be deleting all emails that have come in prior to you receiving this email. We need to start this process fresh and too many emails have come to the wrong email address and, think about it guys, it takes time just to sort them, so we need to do it this way.

We have set up 2 separate email addresses.

If all of your ad packs have expired and you have

NO ACTIVE AD PACKS,

please send an email to:

expired@treasurepak.com

Include in the email:

Your User ID Number

In the subject line of your email:

TR Expired

The above email is ONLY for members of whom all of their ad packs have expired.

If you currently have ACTIVE AD PACKS, we need you to let us know about your missed days. Please send an email to: missedday@treasurepak.com

Include in the email:

Your User ID Number

The days you missed surfing

(example: May 24, May 25, May 26, etc)

please do not just say “x” amount of days

In the subject line of your email:

TR missed days

We thank you for following the above instructions, it will greatly help us in processing the missed days. Please, please understand that this cannot be done overnight, it will take us time to get all of the accounts corrected, it is a big job. We will be working on getting it all done as quickly as possible. We still need to take care of “business as usual”, so all other issues need to be directed to either billing@reportsgalore.com or anita@treasurepak.com.
