Guys, this business is not a push button type of industry. A bunch of different things must work right to make everything happen as it normally does. The main thing is transfers. We have to leave an option for new members to come in and put funds on so they can buy their VM card, so Egold and Alertpay are still in for that reason, but we still receive quite a bit of money in there that has to be transferred to VM to make all of the payouts. These transfers are not coming nearly as fast as they used to, so we are being forced to sit and wait like you guys until those hit and then we make the payouts. We have always paid you guys, everyone knows that. The thing you never knew was how much work and timing went into that. The timing is now off and we are being forced to wait as everyone else is.

As far as we can tell the main reason for the slower transfers is because of the price of Gold. When it began to fall, everyone began transferring their gold out so they wouldn't take such a large loss. Well we were doing business as usual, but we fell into a long line of transfers like many others and we are seeing slow transfers because of it. Think about 5000 people coming into an exchanger at the same time and having to do 5000 bank wires all within a short time period can be tough and that's exactly what we believe is happening. AlertPay has been slow as well and more than likely it's for the same reason. Since they do so many transfers from Egold, they fall into the same category.

We are starting to see some good signs of things getting back to normal and hopefully that will continue so we can get back to where we were. Things will work out and your patience and encouragement is very helpful in this time. We appreciate all of the great votes of confidence we have received via email and live support. There really aren't many of honest sites left out there, but we are going to do anything we can to keep you guys happy and displaying your ads.
