Today our database crashed down, after we done the first 300 payments (about half). Not because of the payment, but because the database and the Myphp has some communications problems and the database not updating itself properly whit new data. This caused the db to crash and all information lost.

We have therefore been uploading our copy, (luckily only 3 hours old) and been off the net for some hours. The reload of the database, has been a success, but we are of course missing 3 hours user data. That means surf, upgrades, new members, and the 300 payments.

Therefore, we have to check all done payment whit those in pending, to avoid double payments. Also we have to manual upgrade those ho bought upgrades in those hours. What we can not do is restore the done surf and find the new members. Those data are gone.

Please don’t send ticket on lost upgrades or, missing payment. We have all the data on that, and will proceed updating these manual. Only send tickets for very important matter.

To solve this problem in the future, we need some outside to look on the index on database. It seems like the speed on the database reading and writing is to slow. Special after we changed server time. After midnight the numbers of member surfing are exploding. And whit a wrong slow indexing database, it will crash.

To avoid the massive surf after midnight pay time, we will pay 50 members at the time whit an hour between till we finish the day. On that way we hope we can spread out the surf, until we solve the correct indexing of database. If you enter and find the site slow, then please wait till later whit the surf. No need to force the surf true whit risks for damage the db.
