Hi everybody,

I am happy to say we have been back online for two days now, and most of the problems appear to be resolved. Most people are now able to surf, and upgrade without any major problems. We have solved the multiple upgrade entries problem, and that is not happening any more. We have also solved the problems of expired upgrades not going to pending, and that is now working fine. The expired upgrades for 22nd have been done manually, and all eligible upgrades for the 22nd have been paid. The 23rd are still being done manually and should be completed by tomorrow, which will mean that they also will be paid on time. Some of 24th and 25th are also being done manually and should be completed in time for ontime payouts. There are errors in almost all accounts and they all have to be audited before payment. This is also the reason that many members were paid early, so as to allow us time to complete the audits in time to make sure all members are paid on time.

If you are still having problems surfing or upgrading try this. Login, then immediately logout using the logout link on your members page. Then login again from the page you are then taken to, and you should then be able to complete your surfing or upgrade.

As I announced in the last update, all missed earnings will be credited at the time of payout, so I am not answering emails on that matter. If your account has incorrect balances, or missed surfing days, we are auditing all accounts at the time of payout, and the corrections will be made then. All members will be paid for the full 12 days if their upgrade was affected by the troubles of the last few days.

The other question I am most often asked is "Do I have to have an active Adpack in order to get paid?" The answer to this is Yes, and is quite clearly stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to when you joined. If your upgrade expires and you do not have another active Adpack, your cash balance will go to pending, and you will be paid once you have added another Upgrade package to your account.
