StormPay Lower Fee's

As reward to StormPay members who have confirmed their true identity through NetIba, StormPay offers lower discount fees. Members who are not NetIBA certified pay 4.9% transaction fees, while NetIBA certified members enjoy a much lower fee on only 2.9%!!
